The Regulatory Affairs Unit is your point of contact for practical feedback. We are happy to receive your suggestions regarding existing regulations or administrative processes, review them together with the relevant authorities, and may propose measures to reduce the burden on businesses.

Regulatory Impact Analysis  

The Regulatory Impact Analysis identifies the expected effects of a proposed cantonal regulation on businesses and the business environment.

The results are incorporated into the explanatory reports for the consultation process as well as into the proposals submitted to the Government
Council and the Cantonal Parliament. This improves the basis for decision-making and supports the development of business-friendly regulations.

The Regulatory Affairs Unit conducts the Regulatory Impact Analysis in collaboration with the relevant administrative department.
