Swissmedic Innovation Office
The Swissmedic Innovation Office enables early and low-threshold dialogue with Swissmedic on scientific and regulatory questions arising in the development of innovative medicinal products. The service is aimed in particular at researchers, start-ups, spin-offs and SMEs.
Consultations are currently held virtually and focus on scientific and regulatory aspects. The Innovation Office supports the early development of ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products) and other medicinal products and helps clarify scientific and regulatory questions at an early stage.
The consultations are free of charge. Their availability depends on the capacity of the relevant Swissmedic experts.
