You owe the Canton of Zurich money. The following table shows how much is due. We have already requested payment through the debt enforcement office. If you do not pay, we will initiate bankruptcy proceedings. Please note that accrued interest is not fully included in the statement below.

Switzerland amended the Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (DEBA) in 2025. Due to this change, failure to pay will result in bankruptcy proceedings. This means the end of your company's operations and the liquidation of all your company’s assets.

The bankruptcy of your company is not in our best interest as it causes unnecessary expenditures for you and the taxpayer.

We are therefore extending the payment deadline one last and final time until the [date].
