The scheduling office is the central point of communication for enquiries and operations. This office coordinates the dispatching of the FOR's specialists to the scene and receives evidence collected by other agencies. Evidence storage facilities are managed at various locations by the logistics office, which also carries out transportation assignments and maintains the equipment and materials necessary in the case of disasters.
The administrative office is responsible for the final versions of reports and expert opinions, general correspondence, maintaining logs, ordering supplies and bookkeeping, and internal procurement of materials.
The personnel scheduling office's duties include generating plans of operation that are compatible with the needs of both the operation and individual team members.
The IT coordinator's duties range from primary support to project support and coordination with police corps.
